This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number Doc5516832428 dated January 16, 2026 with a closing of January 30, 2026 at 1200 MST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. Please be advised that late submissions will not be accepted or considered. This bid solicitation is Phase One of a two-phase procurement process: A) Phase One: Evaluation of the qualifications of all interested suppliers. B) Phase Two: Only suppliers deemed qualified in Phase One will be invited to submit a financial bid based on the project specifications and drawings. Corrections Services Canada (CSC) requires interior and exterior renovations of the Health Care Unit, located at Grande Cache Institution, Grande Cache, AB. The work generally consists of construction of two new observation cells, a shower room and storage in Building J. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within 20 weeks of contract acceptance.
