All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by April 9, 2026 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of National Defence requires a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply, delivery and off-loading of water treatment chemicals for their facility located at Canadian Forces Base Suffield, Ralston, Alberta on an “as and when requested” basis. The period for issuing Call-ups against the Standing Offer is from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2028 with two one-year option periods.
