Change Management Consultant – Senior

The Department of National Defence requires one (1) Change Management Consultant – Senior, to support The Directorate General Materiel Systems & Supply Chain (DGMSSC). The Change Management Consultant - Senior, must provide advisory, facilitation, and analytical support while all final decisions remain the responsibility of DGMSSC leadership, Increasing operational demands, growth in mandate, and evolving stakeholder expectations have prompted DGMSSC to undertake a structured examination of its organizational design, operating model, and service delivery approach. DGMSSC now seeks to continue this work through a phased, iterative, and evidence-based approach, supported by ongoing advisory and facilitation services.
